Prescient Edge, a veteran-owned solutions integrator, seeks an experienced project operations lead in Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on managing production schedules, optimizing resource use, and strengthening customer relationships to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a PMP certification with 10+ years of combined management experience and may possess a related degree at any of the levels listed above. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this position.

• Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence or related field, and at least 10 years combined management experience.
• High School Diploma with extensive relevant experience (>=20 years).
• Associate's degree with extensive relevant experience (>=16 years).
• Bachelor's Degree with substantial relevant experience (>=14 years).
• Master's Degree with substantial relevant experience (>=12 years).

Mansioni

• Shall manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
• Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.

• Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description:

Required Experience

• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP). Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence or related field, and a minimum of 10 years combined management experience.

Required Education

• High School Diploma- 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.


• Associate's degree- 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.


• Bachelor's Degree- 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.


• Master's Degree- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Security Clearance

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
