• Minimum 7 years of experience in program/project governance, regulatory, or related fields.
• Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, governance, assurance, or performance programs.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into actionable plans and measurable deliverables.
• Experience monitoring milestones, budgets, and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a governance partner supporting implementation and oversight of commitment plans.
• Develop understanding of wildfire mitigation programs, regulatory commitments, and performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor execution and alignment with commitments.
• Create and maintain governance artifacts and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate performance, identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Assess evidence demonstrating achievement of commitment requirements and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional sessions to drive accountability and decision-making.
• Improve visibility into commitment execution, budget utilization, and program performance.
• Prepare executive reporting, presentations, and governance materials.
