Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Manager for the White House Situation Security Staff (WHSSS) contract. You will oversee the overall performance, cost, schedule, and daily operations, serving as the primary government interface and directing contractor personnel.

The role requires on-site work in a high-security environment with experience managing complex contracts, risk, and quality. A TS/SCI clearance and an ability to coordinate transition activities will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• At least ten years of program-management and contract-support experience.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance and security onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as WHSSS lead contact with government and manage daily contract operations.
• Oversee performance, cost, schedule, and contractor activities.
• Supervise contractor personnel and ensure compliance with security and NDA requirements.
• Prepare and present Monthly Contractor Performance Reports and Weekly Activity Reports.
• Coordinate with COR/ACOR and manage project schedules and staffing.
