AtkinsRéalis in Atlanta, GA seeks a Program Manager – Water Infrastructure to lead large capital improvement programs, including water and wastewater projects, with on-site work up to three days per week.

The role covers program planning, execution, reporting, risk and change management, and sustaining healthy margins while building strong client relationships. A 15+ year track record and PMP/ CCM expected; degree in engineering or related field required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years professional experience; 10+ years in project or program management with multi-project delivery.
• Experience developing best practice reporting and monitoring capabilities through standardized reports and dashboards for project delivery and program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Professional registrations such as PE, AICP, RA, or RLA are desirable or required where applicable.
• PMP or CCM certification desired within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large capital improvement programs (e.g., $1.0B) for water infrastructure or transportation.
• Serve as primary point of contact with the public agency.
• Lead a multi-disciplined program management delivery team and coordinate resources, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Manage program planning, execution, and reporting for multiple programs; lead risk and change management and quality assurance.
• Support financial tracking and ensure sustainable margins; build and maintain client relationships.
