Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead program execution for new vehicle programs within Supply Chain. This role defines KPIs for sourcing, tooling, and launch readiness, manages part availability across prototype phases, and drives on-time, on-budget delivery with strong quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management or supply chain.
• 5+ years directly mentoring direct reports and leading teams.
• Strong cross-functional Collaboration and executive communication.
• Proficiency with Excel, MS Project, SAP or ERP, Tableau, Smartsheet.
• Prior automotive industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management execution for new vehicle programs and launches within Supply Chain.
• Define, develop, and track KPIs related to sourcing, tooling, part availability, and launch readiness.
• Manage part readiness across prototype build phases with risk mitigation.
• Ensure programs stay on schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Provide analysis and coordination; lead formal reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Central PMO, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics.
• Lead and develop a team of Program Managers.
• Identify issues, escalate when needed, and develop recovery plans.
