Job summary

Morgan Stanley in the United States seeks a high-quality Programs Manager to join the U.S. Banks PMO, driving cross-divisional initiatives and governance across ISG, WM, and IM. You will partner with senior leadership to define milestones, track progress, and ensure program success.

The role requires 5+ years in program management, exceptional communication, risk management, and the ability to influence stakeholders both within and beyond the reporting line; AI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, project management, and program experience.
• Strong ownership and accountability for work.
• Ability to lead multiple programs with shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Experience with AI in program management is a plus.
• Wealth Management industry experience is preferred.
• Consulting experience for financial services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-divisional programs for the U.S. Banks PMO.
• Develop workplans, milestones, and governance for initiatives.
• Track progress, risks, issues, schedules, and dependencies.
• Report status to management on a regular basis.
• Host governance forums and drive decisions and action items.
• Build an effective network across the Banks and key partners.
• Influence resources outside the direct reporting line.
