Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Annapolis Junction, MD area to lead the management, performance, and completion of complex projects within a program. The role includes coordinating multi-location teams, interfacing with senior customer levels, and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

Required: Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph in the past 5 years and 10+ years of PM experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. PMP/PgMP desirable.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph within the last 5 years.
Ten (10) years of experience as a Program/Project Manager.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience serving as a point of contact to a government client.
Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership position.

Responsibilities

Organize, coordinate and manage all aspects of contract operational functions involving multiple complex tasks.
Maintain interface with senior levels of Customer organizations.
Formulate and review plans and deliverables ensuring conformance with schedules, costs and obligations.
Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress to management and Customers.
Oversee completion of assigned tasks and collaborate with management.
Identify and pursue potential business opportunities.
Provide direction of program activities.
Keep Customer and CACI management informed of issues, risks and accomplishments.
Interface with project leadership, subcontractors and support personnel.
