Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for the North American Surface Transportation ACES team to identify network-level opportunities and drive end-to-end initiatives across Operations, ACES, Finance, and Technology. You will lead cross-functional efforts to deploy multiple projects, develop KPIs, and influence senior stakeholders, with domestic travel up to 50%.

This role is within a fast-paced, rapidly growing area focused on improving efficiencies and reducing defects across the transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
• 3+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and govern KPIs for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills.
• Gather and analyze data across business functions to establish standards for project management status reporting and tracking.
• Support a fast paced environment that deploys multiple projects, programs, and initiatives simultaneously.
• Lead in the process to develop, adjust, improve, and implement standard work and technology at the network level.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
