Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior program manager to lead enterprise-scale programs within a complex, regulated financial services environment. You will own scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and milestones from initiation through implementation, coordinating cross-functional partners across business, technology, data, and operations to drive strategic transformation.

You will facilitate governance forums and deliver executive-level updates, ensuring benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10–15+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Deep expertise in program and project management disciplines, including delivery in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of how strategy translates into operational execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts and influence senior stakeholders.
• High adaptability and effectiveness in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
