Job summary

Immediate Office of the Chief of Naval Operations seeks a Supervisory Program Manager to lead and oversee program management efforts at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. Qualifications

• Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
• Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: Building, integrating, and defending the annual Program Objective.

Responsibilities

• Assist and understudy the Branch Head.
• Track programs of direct or indirect interest to NSW as they proceed to a material solution, providing advice and guidance as required.
• Recommend policy, strategies and plans crafted to support communication and/or decision-making at senior levels.
• Directly supervise subordinate supervisors and other senior/expert analysts.
