Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders: Identify and analyze needs and expectations; conduct discovery meetings, interviews, and workshops; document and validate business objectives and requirements.
• Project planning: Develop project plans including timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, quality standards, and communication strategies; create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and RACI matrices.
• Coordinate teams: Work with business leaders, SMEs, IT teams, and vendors to define and plan project tasks.
• Monitor project execution: Track progress, provide regular status updates, and address issues, deviations, or bottlenecks.
• Risk and change management: Identify and document risks, maintain a risk register, implement mitigation strategies, and manage project changes through formal change control.
• Resource and vendor management: Allocate business and IT resources, support vendor onboarding and compliance, and collaborate with quality, security, and architecture teams.
• Communication and reporting: Maintain tailored communication plans, lead meetings (status, steering, risk, quality), and ensure effective stakeholder updates.
• Ensure quality and delivery: Oversee deliverables to meet quality expectations, support user acceptance testing and rollout strategies, and lead project closure activities.
