Job summary

New Mexico State University’s STEM Outreach Center seeks a Program Manager Senior to lead OST STEM initiatives across southern New Mexico, including after-school programs, summer camps, and family engagement events.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate grant-funded programs, manage day-to-day operations, monitor budgets, and develop partnerships with schools and community organizations to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree plus 9 years of relevant experience; Master's degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate OST STEM initiatives including after-school programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of grant-funded programs, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Develop MOUs, monitor budgets, and coordinate with partners and staff.
