State of North Carolina seeks a Program Manager I (NS) within the DHHS Division of Child and Family Well-Being to lead statewide program efforts and coordinate cross‑functional teams. The role directs staff and collaborates with public and private partners to achieve program goals.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with several years of program experience, including supervisory responsibilities, and a solid understanding of public administration and relevant regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of program experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of public administration and program management.
• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with state officials and the public.
• Experience with IDEA-Part C or infant/toddler programs preferred
