Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Manager 3 to support the ESPASat Product line within the Satellite Programs Portfolio in the Space Superiority Division. The role leads cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical performance while cultivating strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will manage proposals, develop plans, and maintain baselines, all while operating in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of government contract or PM experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule and technical requirements.
• Proven ability to manage programs from inception to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating customer relationships to develop further opportunities.
• Leading Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet cost, schedule and technical objectives.
• Managing cost, schedule and technical performance across programs.
