Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Program Manager Level 2 to support the ESPAStar product line. You will lead the program, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with stakeholders across classified and unclassified environments.

The role requires a broad aerospace background, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex projects and budgets in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline with 8 years of supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers.
• Must possess an active/current Top-Secret/SCI at time of application.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering, project management, or program management supporting complex aerospace or space systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ESPAStar Program Manager for a restricted customer and serve as the focal point for program execution.
• Lead diverse teams, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and operate in both classified and unclassified environments.
