Job summary

VML is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead integrated campaigns for a large consumer account in the food CPG space, focusing on retail media objectives. This person will drive day-to-day client management to deliver brand campaigns and initiatives on time and on budget, in close partnership with project management.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of client-facing experience in marketing, agency experience preferred.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns across media and retail networks.
• CPG or Food & Bev shopper advertising exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative and integrated teams to meet milestones and lead client initiatives.
• Execute as primary client contact for campaign delivery.
• Build relationships with internal departments, clients, and agency partners.
• Stay educated on industry trends and share updates with teams and clients.
• Evaluate work quality and manage client feedback and expectations.
