Job summary

Amazon in Seattle is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a flagship seller experience initiative within Selling Partner Trust. You will own the program strategy, roadmap, and delivery across product, policy, operations, and engineering, influencing leadership and coordinating multiple teams to improve seller interactions with enforcement systems.

You will drive cross-functional working groups, define success metrics, and manage risk and escalations to ensure cohesive end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
