JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Global Security is actively seeking a Senior Program Manager, Security Systems in Los Angeles, CA, to lead the team responsible for delivering integrated physical security technology solutions across FOX Corporation and its business units. This role includes overseeing the strategic design, comprehensive management, and successful enterprise‑level implementation of complex security technology projects, ensuring full accreditation and alignment with corporate security standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, configure, and execute the integration of various security components, software, and specialized security hardware with existing organizational systems and infrastructure.
- Translate high‑level business/security requirements into detailed, scalable technical specifications and design documentation for Executive Leadership.
- Identify program risks, technical roadblocks, and interdependencies, and develop effective mitigation strategies to further system development.
- Create and author systems documentation, diagrams, deployment standards, maintenance programs, service monitoring, etc., to ensure compliance with corporate and industry standards.
- Research new physical security technology, benchmark with other media and entertainment studios, and attend national conferences to understand industry trends.
- Integrate AI‑based threat detection models into existing security systems infrastructure, camera systems, ID cards, and mobile credentials to provide innovative protection.
- Partner with FOX IT in the strategy, design, development, and implementation of on‑prem and cloud integration services for the FOX Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
- Build strong relationships and manage large and diverse groups of stakeholders at multiple levels and business units to ensure the viability of all physical security systems, legacy and new, with minimal business disruption.
- Develop budgeted business cases and system integration plans in collaboration with other departments, including IT, Facilities, HR, Legal, and InfoSec.
- Manage the end‑to‑end, on‑site deployment of critical security systems for Tier‑1 special events, traveling domestically and internationally to oversee installation and maintenance, ensuring the physical protection of large‑scale events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience in technical program or project management, driving large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives in a complex technical environment.
- Two or more of the following certifications: LenelS2, Genetec, Milestone, ExacqVision, and Mastermind.
- Proven technical program management experience of physical security systems, such as Access Control Systems (ACS), Video Management Systems (VMS/CCTV), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and related IoT devices.
- Expert proficiency in managing multiple concurrent project deliverables.
- Experience conducting security assessments (personal security, physical security, site assessment, and information security) and developing reports for executive management.
- Ability to build consensus among peers, subordinates, and senior management to drive the development and implementation of effective security system programs, integrations, policies, and procedures.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate employees across varying levels of experience.
- Creative problem‑solver with a high level of initiative and a strong sense of personal accountability and consistent follow‑through.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- Developed insight into, and appreciation for, new trends and client needs by using data to effectively address complex, unusual, and critical matters, and opportunities.
- Diplomatic ability to address issues and present alternative approaches or solutions.
- Willingness to work a flexible hybrid work schedule and travel, sometimes on short notice.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE (NICE TO HAVE)
- Relevant industry certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster).
- Experience in the media/entertainment industry: live broadcast, television, sports, news, etc.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, is $128,000.00–$175,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union‑represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
