Job summary

Prescient Edge in Bethesda, MD is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the TO and its TIs, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance alignment with contract requirements.

The role requires ten years of experience planning and directing programs, five years of people management, and a SECRET clearance. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a strong background in government programs.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience planning, organizing, directing, and controlling programs to meet objectives, including experience working with US Government organizations.
• Five (5) years of experience as a manager of a team of skilled professional, technical, and support personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Math, Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Managerial field.

Responsibilities

• Shall appoint and maintain a Program Manager for this TO and its associated TIs.
• Shall be the primary POC for all work performed under the TO.
• Shall provide the management necessary to ensure efficient and effective administration and control of each TI.
• Shall manage tasks to meet cost, schedule, and performance of each TI.
• Shall inform the COR of any performance, schedule, cost, or other concerns that may adversely affect the performance of any TI.
• Shall be prepared at all times to present and discuss the status of TO activities, requirements, and issues.
• Shall provide a monthly status report to document work progress and status of the program, assigned tasks, costs, and existing or potential problem areas.
