Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the ISSO Support/Independent Security Controls Assessment (ISCA) department in the United States. You will ensure security compliance, RMF/POA&M updates, and continuous monitoring for DoS systems, coordinating with ISSOs, government leads, and system owners to meet contract objectives.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of federal cybersecurity PM experience, PMP/CISSP/CAP recommended, and a Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of federal cybersecurity program management experience.
• PMP, CISSP, or CAP certification recommended.
• Experience leading ISSO or RMF teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across ISSO security governance and RMF assessment operations.
• Oversee planning cycles, milestones, and multi‑team synchronization to maintain compliance readiness.
• Manage stakeholder engagement between ISSOs, Assessors, government leads, and system owners.
