Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Senior Program Manager in Fremont, CA to lead a 2-month engagement focused on gas and electric meter workflows, RFID tagging, and field coordination. You will drive cross-functional efforts with field technicians, software vendors, and OEMs, manage risks, and deliver milestones across crawl, walk, and run phases while maintaining strict safety standards.

Strong program management, communication, and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI) are essential to monitor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional analytical and technical ability.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive priorities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding business commitments.

• Strong initiative, teamwork, accountability for results, customer focus, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with field technicians to develop, implement, and refine workflows for gas and electric meter check-in/out processes.
• Partner with software vendor to update the application based on feedback, field observations, and evolving workflow needs.
• Ensure passive RFID readers, antennas, and mobile readers remain in good order; coordinate with partners to identify improvements.
• Coordinate with metering OEMs to ship new meters with RFID labels through Crawl, Walk and Run phases.
• Serve as backup to another Program Manager overseeing contractors responsible for auditing and RFID tagging meters systemwide.
• Support RFP-related activities as needed.
• Take ownership of milestones across crawl, walk, and run phases of the project.
• Apply strong program management practices, including communication, forward planning, follow-up, meeting documentation, risk tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
