- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs from initiation to completion.
- Develop program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, product, marketing, finance.
- Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on program performance and milestones.
