Job summary

Bill Alexander Ford Lincoln is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM4635) for a full-time contract. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, coordinating cross-functional teams across operations, technology, product, marketing, and finance to meet strategic goals.

You will develop plans, manage budgets, and monitor risks, communicating regularly with leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in program management or project management.
Proven experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with executives and cross-functional teams.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects from initiation through completion.
Develop program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, product, marketing, finance.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards on performance, milestones, and budgets.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and timelines.
