Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple programs and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of programs from initiation to completion.
• Develop program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, tech, product, marketing, and finance.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Ensure programs align with strategy and requirements.
• Support budget, vendor coordination, and contract activities.
• Provide guidance to PMs and coordinators throughout delivery.
