Job summary

TikTok is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead major compliance programs within the Safety Product (Platform Responsibility) team. The role focuses on leveraging advanced large language models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust, working closely with Legal, Policy, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable safety solutions.

The team drives cross-functional initiatives across a fast-growing global product, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Program Management, TPM, or cross-functional project leadership.
• Experience coordinating with Legal, Policy, Trust & Safety, Product, Engineering, and Go To Market teams.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder compliance programs to deliver on time with high quality.
• Strong communication, documentation, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate new regulations into program requirements, timelines, and execution plans.

With a focus on optimising and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major compliance programs, from scoping through launch.
