Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 15+ years of PM/Program Mgmt experience, or Master’s with 12+ years.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead REE programs and related projects to solve complex business problems.
• Build solutions to improve Rare Earth Element processes and drive key strategies.
• Provide actionable insights for leadership through data collection and analysis.
• Develop and deliver clear communications for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure execution, manage risks, and maintain schedules to meet requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes.
• Run change management for projects and oversee proper project closure.
