Job summary

Hill International in Seattle, WA seeks a Program Manager to lead construction management across large-scale transit programs, balancing scope, budgets, and schedules. You will drive growth, coordinate with clients and pursuit teams, and develop compelling PM content for proposals and reports.

The role requires deep PM expertise in heavy civil projects, strong communication, and proficiency with PMIS tools,Excel and presentations, plus a PE license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred.
• Approximately 15 years of senior-level project management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of rail and transit markets.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management and field delivery across large-scale transit and infrastructure programs.
• Drive growth by pursuing new business and renewals within the account.
• Organize workloads, set priorities, and manage scopes, budgets and schedules.
• Oversee consultants/contractors and coordinate communications among entities.
