Hill International Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead large-scale transit and infrastructure programs in Seattle, WA.

You will drive project delivery, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including consultants and contractors. The role emphasizes identifying growth opportunities, developing compelling proposals, and delivering authoritative project status reports to leadership and client executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management; PE license preferred.
• Approximately 15 years of senior PM experience in heavy civil construction.
• Strong rail/transit market and technical knowledge; experience with alternative delivery methods.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills; proficient with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/PMIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management and field delivery across large-scale transit programs.
• Drive growth by capturing opportunities and managing captures/proposals.
• Organize workloads, set priorities, manage scope, budgets and schedules.
• Oversee consultants/contractors and coordinate communications.
• Prepare project status reports and quarterly executive updates.
• Ensure compliance with laws and PM best practices.
