Experience Range:

With at least 8 years of experience in project management, including substantial hands‑on delivery of fixed price and outcome‑based projects in Agile environments, and up to 12 years in progressively senior roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, consistently achieving milestones, quality standards, and client expectations across multiple engagements
• Manage fixed price and outcome-based projects, optimizing operational processes to maximize value and profitability
• Develop precise project estimations, monitor key metrics, and deliver progress reports using Agile tools to support data‑driven decisions
• Engage stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, create user stories, and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on SAFe and Scrum methodologies, driving continuous improvement and high team performance
• Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies, mitigating risks and minimizing resistance
• Oversee revenue recognition and invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations in accordance with project contracts
• Promote business operations excellence by leveraging Agile SAFe framework to deliver innovative solutions and measurable outcomes

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Project Delivery Management within Agile and SAFe frameworks
