  We are seeking a highly skilled, hands‑on Lead Full Stack Developerto drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications aligned to the Golden Path engineering stack. This role requires strong technical depth across modern frontend engineering, backend services, distributed systems, AWS/GCP cloud platforms, DevOps, observability, automated testing, and AI‑assisted engineering practices.

  The ideal candidate will lead by example, mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, and own end‑to‑end delivery of business‑critical solutions while ensuring high standards for scalability, reliability, security, performance, maintainability, and operational excellence.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and deliveryof enterprise‑grade full‑stack applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and data layers.
  • Build scalable, reusablefrontendexperiences (ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, hooks) and robustbackendAPIs/microservices (Go, Java, Python, Node.js), integrated viaREST, gRPC, Thrift,and event‑driven patterns.
  • Architect cloud‑native solutionsonAWSwith containerized platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
  • Own features end to end— from design through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews; drive engineering excellence in testing, security, observability, and performance.
  • Implement comprehensivetesting strategies(unit, integration, API,Cypress‑based UI regression) and troubleshoot complexproduction issues.

  Required Skills & Experience

  Technical Experience

  • Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent, with8+ yearsof full‑stack software engineering experience.
  • Deep expertise inReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript(hooks, functional components), building scalable, high‑performance UIs.
  • Strongbackenddevelopment inGo, Java, Python, or Node.js— APIs, microservices, and distributed systems (REST, gRPC, Thrift; Koa).
  • Solid grounding insystem design, distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.
  • Experience withrelational and NoSQL databases(PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, RDS, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).
