Job summary

Pulmovant is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead cross-functional drug development programs within the PH-ILD portfolio. This role focuses on managing Phase 1 to nonclinical studies, biomarker work, and PK, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

The candidate will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, maintain program timelines, and drive efficient communication across senior leadership, with a high-visibility impact on Pulmovant’s development efforts.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in the health sciences is required.
• 8 years of pharmaceutical drug development experience.
• 5+ years directly managing cross-functional drug development teams.
• Understanding GMP and product development process requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PH-ILD studies to deliver on time, on budget and to quality standards.
• Resolve issues and risks with team members, stakeholders and escalation forums as needed.
• Maintain direct interaction with cross-functional team representatives and external partners.
• Establish and integrate program management tools, processes and dashboards.
• Own day-to-day program management for PH-ILD studies, partnering with the Director, Program Management.
• Manage records for meetings and communications (agendas, minutes, charters, dashboards).
• Communicate effectively to meet stakeholder expectations.
