Frame.io is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs that connect Frame.io to the broader Adobe platform. This role sits at the intersection of Frame.io product, engineering, product marketing management and the shared Adobe systems—identity, storage, pricing, entitlements, and other Unified Platform services—that Frame.io depends on to ship.

You will be the person who understands how the pieces fit together and keep the dependency map current.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of program or technical program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and manage technical dependencies across systems.
• Experience with media, video, and/or experience integrating a product into a shared platform ecosystem.
• Proven track record driving alignment and decisions across multiple organizations, including partners you don't directly manage.
• Written and verbal communication skills that are outstanding; able to distill complex, multi-team programs into clear, concise updates for leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to hold both strategic context and execution-level detail simultaneously.
• Skilled in change management, risk mitigation, and resolving ambiguity under time pressure.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and standard program reporting tools.
• Track record of building repeatable program management practices, not just running individual projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for initiatives spanning Frame.io and Adobe platform teams, from planning through launch.
• Build and maintain the technical dependency map and schedules between Frame.io and underlying Adobe platform services; surface conflicts and blocking dependencies.
• Translate strategic goals into structured project plans with clear owners and success criteria, and track execution in detail.
• Drive cross-organizational decisions among Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, and Sales when priorities conflict.
• Lead executive-ready communications up, down, and across the organization.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and drive mitigation plans across multiple programs.
• Establish operating rhythms, planning processes, and governance that scale with complexity.
• Mentor and support other program managers; contribute to program management practice.
