Job summary

Frame.io, part of Adobe, seeks a Principal Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs that connect Frame.io to the broader Adobe platform. You will align Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and shared Adobe services to ship integrated experiences across identity, pricing, and entitlements.

You will manage dependencies and drive decisions across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery of complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of program management experience across product-facing and platform/infrastructure-facing work.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and manage technical dependencies across systems (APIs, integrations, data flows, platform architecture).
• Proven track record aligning multiple organizations and driving decisions with or without direct authority.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; able to distill complex programs into clear updates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for initiatives spanning Frame.io and Adobe platform teams.
• Build and maintain the technical dependency map and schedules; surface conflicts and risks early.
• Translate strategic goals into structured project plans with clear owners and success criteria.
• Drive cross-organizational decisions and broker agreements among Product, Engineering, Legal, Pricing Operations, and Sales.
• Mentor and support other program managers; contribute to program management practice.
