Job summary

Frame.io, part of Adobe, is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs connecting Frame.io to the broader Adobe platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, product marketing management and shared Adobe systems.

You will own end-to-end programs, maintain the technical dependency map, surface conflicts early, and guide executives and teams toward clear decisions. Strong communication and program-management discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of program or technical program management experience across product-facing and platform work.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to understand and manage technical dependencies across systems, including APIs and data flows.
• Experience with media, video, and/or integrating a product into a shared platform ecosystem.
• Proven track record driving alignment and decisions across multiple organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to distill complex programs for leadership.
• Strong organizational skills balancing strategic context with execution details.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for initiatives spanning Frame.io and Adobe platform teams from planning through launch.
• Build and maintain the technical dependency map and schedules; surface conflicts and risks early.
• Translate strategic goals into structured project plans with owners and success criteria.
• Drive cross-organizational decisions among Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Pricing Operations, Support, and Sales.
• Lead executive-ready communications—status updates, risk calls, and decisions.
