BRAVO - A Cooperative Company in New York is seeking a Program Manager and Professional Engineer to lead a project team delivering for a large public agency contract. The role focuses on goals, implementation strategies, policies, and mentoring across the project.

The candidate should have extensive program management experience in consulting/design-build settings, with strong NYC project familiarity and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PE registration in NY is required; LEED accreditation is a strong plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in a consulting or design-build firm with program management exposure.
• Experience with NYC public agency design project management is preferred; NYC buildings experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing concurrent complex projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build a collaborative work environment and provide guidance to team members.
• Lead cross-functional projects and negotiate scope, staffing, and fees.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and implementation strategies.
• Forecast and address liabilities, risks, and budget variances.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
