Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Program Manager III for Organizational Effectiveness to lead multi‑disciplinary programs from start to finish, coordinating requirements, schedules, risks, and updates with cross‑functional partners across offices and time zones.

You will drive initiatives in silicon product areas, report to the Chief of Staff, and partner with executives to improve organizational effectiveness, hiring velocity, culture, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience partnering with C‑level executives.
• Experience in silicon or semiconductor environments.

Responsibilities

• Determine phasing and metrics for program life‑cycle and address improvement needs.
• Support leaders with communication and executive forums.
• Prepare materials for external/internal meetings and explain technical specs.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and culture.
