Job summary

A defense contracting firm located in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced HM&E Hull Manager for the Littoral Combat Ship program. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have over 10 years of DoD program experience. Responsibilities include on-site support for maintenance and technical issue coordination. An active DoD Secret Clearance is mandatory. The salary range for this role is between $115,000 and $155,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DoD program/project/engineering experience OR 15+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in program analysis and financial analysis.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support as an HM&E Hull Manager for the Littoral Combat Ship platform.
• Assist in maintenance and modernization issues.
• Coordinate technical issue resolutions with various stakeholders.

Skills

DoD program/project/engineering experience

Understanding of Naval Service craft and HM&E systems

Navy Shipboard Production experience

Financial and program analysis

Ability to travel

Education

Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering or Scientific discipline
