Job summary

Sayres & Associates, LLC is seeking a mid-level Hull Support Manager in San Diego, CA. The role provides on-site representation for PMS 321 as a Hull Manager on the LCS platform, supporting maintenance, planning, and modernization efforts.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a scientific discipline and 5–8 years of related experience, with an Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Hull Manager support for PMS 321 on the LCS platform.
• Assist planning managers in developing availability work packages and understanding naval systems.
• Support maintenance, modernization, and planning activities for LCS-class ships and related issues.
• Coordinate with Regional Maintenance Centers (RMC) on SEA 21 program matters and concerns.
• Liaise among ships, port engineers, TYCOMs, SEA 21, planning yards, PARMs, ISEAs, and support activities for issue resolution.
• Assist in data collection and reporting to the program office, including executive summaries and charts.
