Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years in program management with ops/manufacturing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates effective communications with stakeholders and leaders.
• Manage and maintain program metrics throughout projects.
• Develop resource plans to meet project schedule.
• Lead cross-functional teams with engagement from required functions/organizations.
• Execute large and complex projects using Eaton’s PROLaunch processes.
• Mentor key individuals in the organization.
• Evaluate alternative manufacturing processes focusing on cost reduction and resiliency.
• Develop equipment specifications and perform supplier evaluations.
