Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of work in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Eaton’s Electrical Distributed IT division is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Data Center Business Operations to join our team in Woodridge, IL. This position will be hybrid (3x2) with anticipated up to 50% travel. Relocation assistance available within US.Plan, direct, and execute capital projects related to footprint rationalizations, capacity expansions, manufacturing methods/processes, and facilities using comprehensive knowledge of existing capabilities and new technology.E xamines the needs of the project/program/business to develop projects and build business cases. Able to effectively run program reviews at leadership level, highlight the overall program health / key risks. Responsible for achieving defined project metrics such as schedule, budget, and benefits. Ensure close collaboration with the local operations teams in order to assure project success.The expected annual salary range for this role is $146,000 - $215,000 a year.
