Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Program Manager for the Dahlgren site to lead the program management and operations team across diverse functions including database management, finance, information assurance, IT, facilities, logistics, and program analysis.

The role requires 5+ years of multifunction operations experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with customers and senior management. A Top Secret clearance and US citizenship are required for this contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with dynamic cost reimbursable incrementally funded contracts (20+ POAMs).
• Minimum five years of program-related experience managing multifunction operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and external contacts.
• Ability to work independently with little direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team that provides database management; financial analysis; information assurance; information services and technology; facilities operations; logistics; program analysis; technical documentation; and visual information support.
• Validate technical and financial reports; analyze metrics; identify areas for improvement; and develop corrective action solutions that meet operational goals.
• Conduct program meetings, reviews, and coordinate briefings with customers and senior management.
• Provide team supervision, contract management, planning, directing and monitoring program budgets, and serve as primary customer contact for program information.
• May be responsible for business development within current customer base and/or for new customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
