Job summary

Lonza in Houston, TX is seeking a results-driven Project Manager who will lead cross-functional teams on site to deliver complex pharmaceutical programs. This role emphasizes real-time collaboration, governance, and adherence to Lonza's standards while managing customer expectations and on-site advocacy.

You will coordinate Planview-based plans, forecasts, and risk mitigation while driving continuous improvement and data integrity across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver all scope objectives with high quality.
• Manage financial aspects including forecasting, invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through collaborative relationship management with AM/Sales.
• Act as PM peer during onboarding and share best practices in PM tools.
• Maintain data integrity and adhere to Planview standards site-wide.
