Job summary

Lonza Houston is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs onsite in Houston, TX. You will be the primary interface between the Customer and Lonza, ensuring delivery per expectations and acting as the Customer advocate on-site.

Utilize PM Standard Work and Planview to drive on-time, within-scope execution while leading and motivating multi-disciplinary teams. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and families.

• Be the interface between the Customer and Lonza to ensure delivery to expectations.
• Represent customer interests on-site as their advocate.
• Use PM Standard Work to manage projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams with high quality and scope objectives.
• Manage financials: forecasting, invoicing, revenue recognition.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through collaborative relationship management with AM/Sales.
