Job summary

You will coordinate cost, schedule, and technical performance for strategically important programs, driving execution and customer communications.

The role requires strong leadership, EVMS knowledge, PMP certification or intent to obtain, and the ability to obtain US Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 10+ years preferred.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Ability to obtain US Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct experienced project managers and supervisors across all program phases.
• Serve as senior customer interface with Navy and government stakeholders on cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Oversee concurrency of hardware and software development with manufacturing production.
• Direct program execution to meet orders, revenue, operating income, and cash flow objectives.
• Coordinate proposals, SOWs, budgets, and financial terms.
