Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Senior Associate, Project Management in Norfolk, VA to lead programs from inception to completion. You will drive execution to achieve financial goals, develop strategic plans, analyze data metrics, and coordinate proposals, schedules, and SOWs for major programs.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of project management and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage projects with general/limited supervision and communicate across teams.
• Knowledge of power/energy solutions, machined components/fabrication and supply chain.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and data metrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Drive execution to meet orders, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Develop strategic plans to optimize workflow, resources, and processes.
• Analyze data metrics to improve efficiency and cost performance.
• Lead contract negotiations, amendments, and closeout activities.
• Prepare quotes, schedules, and performance plans for contracts.
• Serve as primary customer contact for program activities and reviews.
• Monitor milestones and KPIs to ensure contractual compliance and success.
• Present data reports on status, finances, and performance.
