Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution and growth of advanced national-security technology programs supporting Department of War and Intelligence Community customers. You will manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across a diverse portfolio, including R&D, product development, systems integration, production, fielding, sustainment, and mission support.

The role requires 4+ years in relevant work, strong financial stewardship, cross-functional leadership,

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years leading programs for DoW or IC customers.
Active TS/SCI with eligibility to obtain and maintain polygraph.
Experience managing program financial performance: revenue, margin, forecasts, EAC, staffing, funding, and variance analysis.
Experience leading cross-functional teams containing technical, operations, contractual, and financial personnel.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end software and hardware product delivery across development, integration, production, and deployment.
Lead sustainment operations and enhancements for delivered products and systems.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program goals across engineering, field support, operations, contracts, and finance.
Monitor and control program budgets, schedules, and risks with corrective actions as needed.
Support proposal development, contract growth strategies, and transition of technologies to production and sustainment.
