Job summary

Citymesh is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for its Enterprise PMO to lead large, international Mobile Private Networks initiatives with multi-year timescales and budgets of €5–€20 million.

You will shape governance, select and coach PMs across workstreams, and drive delivery across countries while communicating with CXOs and stakeholders. Travel 5–8 days per month is expected; fluency in Dutch, English, and French is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience as a Program Manager leading large, complex programs.
• Budget experience between €9M and €20M within international or multi-country contexts.
• Strong expertise in Mobile Private Networks and related tech ecosystems.
• Executive-level communication with CXOs and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and structure complex programs from initiation through execution and governance.
• Establish program models, governance, and reporting for large multi-year initiatives.
• Align strategic goals with execution plans, commercial commitments and customer expectations.
• Lead project managers across workstreams; manage milestones and interdependencies.
• Manage program risks and financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and contracts.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders including CxOs and steering committees.
