Job summary

Gotham Technology Group in Whippany, NJ is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a high-visibility, made-to-order engagement rings transformation project across multiple functions. The contract spans 12+ months with a go-live target in Q3 2027.

You will own the program plan, run governance, drive requirements, align business and IT, manage risks, and coordinate decisions across key workstreams, while serving as the single point of contact for leadership.

Qualifications

• Make-to-order, build-to-order, or configure-to-order experience.
• Luxury or high-value product background (jewelry/watches ideal).
• 10+ years leading cross-functional programs in manufacturing/retail/luxury.
• Experience delivering multi-year, multi-system programs with steering-committee reporting.
• Supply chain and manufacturing knowledge including DDMRP and international shipping.
• Hands-on process and requirements skills; facilitate workshops and map processes.
• Systems fluency across ERP, warehouse, planning, and retail tools; IT integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the program plan and preliminary timeline; manage through go-live.
• Run governance across 7 working groups; present to Project Committee; manage decision log.
• Drive end-to-end business process mapping; lead detailed business requirements for IT build.
• Align business and IT with named owners and clear system plan.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations; escalate unresolved issues.
• Coordinate decisions across workstreams: diamonds, manufacturing, retail, product, legal/compliance.
