General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Program Sr Manager to oversee complex programs delivering mission outcomes for our customers.

You’ll own end-to-end program delivery across technical and business domains, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments. You’ll manage a $10M+ portfolio, supervise staff, and coordinate with clients to align tasks, resolve issues, and grow revenue.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years managing large, multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments.
• Proven experience supervising technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors.
• Proven success directing program activities to achieve client and organizational objectives; effective in coordinating with clients to align tasks and resolve issues.
• Onsite travel to client locations in Montgomery, AL and Huntsville, AL 30%+.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end program delivery across technical and business domains, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments
• Ensure the program team meets all contractual obligations and service-level agreements; proactively identify and resolve delivery risks.
• Oversee and control personnel assignments, including timely on- and offboarding of resources and workforce planning.
• Serve as the primary communications point with ASPS technical personnel and as the liaison to clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
• Lead and supervise technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors; perform key personnel actions such as hiring and performance evaluations.
• Manage all tasks in assigned program areas — technical execution, financial stewardship, and business development — for annual revenues of $10M and above.
• Build and manage a high-performing team that delivers quality outcomes, meets financial targets, and deepens client relationships.
• Assure the quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participation in reviews, audits, and site visits.
