You will design strategies for every development stage, lead internal and external teams, and guide candidate selection, dose planning, and regulatory input to advance patient outcomes. The role requires an advanced degree and 10+ years in PK or related fields, a proven track record across discovery to clinical development,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in pharmacokinetics or related field with 10+ years in PK/DMPK/bioanalysis.
• Track record driving impact across discovery to clinical development.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable cross‑functional guidance.
• Experience working with external research organizations and regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

• Design pharmacokinetic strategies for each development stage and guide dose planning.
• Lead internal/external activities and partner with cross‑functional teams.
• Represent PK on project teams and governance forums with clear recommendations.
• Author/review PK, bioanalytical, and regulatory sections of INDs/CTAs and other docs.
• Manage CROs, labs, and external partners to ensure quality, data integrity, and timelines.
